Focus mapping is a way to figure out what is the best habit to do or the best behavior to do. There's a two-dimensional sorting process that I've taught for years and I outline in tiny habits it's not going to go well in audio. So there are three criteria. The golden behaviors have those three things they come together. You want, you can and it will have impact.
