The Importance of Reagan's Deregulation

Most economic historians will tell you the person most responsible for the prosperity and the later Reagan years was Paul Volcker. A lot of the things that people give Reagan credit for were actually initiatives or appointments that started under the administration of President Jimmy Carter.
