infrared saunas don't trigger fat burning, which means they are not going to help your body eliminate toxins. Infrared sauna can reduce joint pain and stiffness in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Scientists aren't sure as to how it works just yet but believe it's due to anti inflammatory effects in the body.
