The Mission of the Christian Church in the World

There are people in the Muslim world apparently who have vivid dreams of Isha without ever having read the New Testament. And then sometimes they get hold of a New Testament which may itself be very risky. The question of violence was raised by early Christians for instance if you're an ordinary person in the second or third century and your job is to be a soldier. But when it comes to Christians in the name of Christ using violence then it seems to me a line has been crossed. I think as with many callings there are ambiguities and we live with that ambiguity.
