I Think the US Got a Lot More Done Than I Expected
I think certain things that arguably would have kind of changed the relationship are politically off the table. The Chinese government does that they do five year plans, right? So the US coming in and announcing 55 billion dollars, I don't think the impact was great. It answers a question for me. What it says is that the US understands that this space is competitive and they're coming, they're trying to compete.
