Kenny: We have to see resilience as a resource. Darryl Alston built a sneaker company called Bungie brand and he was in prison for six years. He said, there's nothing closer to hell than being locked up. Kenny: I think what our city needs is trauma informed care and opportunity generation so that young people can find community credibility and currency in lawful ways with employers who are going to deeply invest in their development.
