How to Wash Your Bed in a Fragrance-Free Detergent
When I travel, I've become very sensitive or at least aware of fragrance. Many of these detergents that have fragrance are getting attached to you just like a perfume. My first recommendation would be don't use a detergent that has any one-four dioxane in it. Use the seventh generation free and clear, I wash my sheets and all of my linens, including my towels and my clothes here in Costa Rica with white vinegar. Someone said it may harm the seals on the washing machine long-term but that's a trade-off I'm willing to make if it even occurs.
