Housing Recession

The tech sector has also been hit really hard. I think the concern would be, let's say you bought in 2020 or 2021 and you were pushing the limit on what you could get. And then you lose the job in a recession, like an actual recession, not just a housing recession. There are still epicenters locally but it's going to hurt some people for sure because you can't always have every economic condition in one place.
