Is MailChimp Trying Too Much?
Dustin: I'm always a little bit nervous when tools try and do too much. MailChimp is an example of a company where it has evolved as they've tried to fill some gaps that their customers are asking for. But like, I don't want a sauna to be a CRM. There's some little tweaks I would make minor changes but in terms of big picture like what I would do to the product differently,. Dustin: If you were in the driver's seat, you or CEO, you're probably thinking now it's like this is what we want to do with the sauna.
