The idea of self is always in doing in being see being being there's no approach to being all right I don't think you're gonna produce more being through more doing it's just being. Justin says watching your videos has really helped me a lot in terms of understand I'm in the AA program in manYeah this is really complementary to understanding itself but my question specifically is they're trying to watch the self and for me that allows me to be present to see those things that they come up and to recognize them and observe them without judgment.
