The Johannine School of Love

The Johannine School was at once Greek in literary and philosophical background. It also placed an extremely strong emphasis on love. The word anti-Christ seems to have arisen out of a disagreement between the Johannine school and an alternate school. This controversy is about what Jesus had been while he was on earth.
