Alli recommends a book called how to get rich by felixdenis. He says it's the british version of the hard thing about hard things by ben horwitz. Felixdenis: The way to actually get wealthy is to own things. If you need to give them some ownership, make them earn it, right? But they also actually need to earn it, not just like, i've been around for a while, i would like to have some of the business, but, like, they are substantially adding to it.
