Is There a Single Source in a Product?

Chris Nova: I think this whole thing is about accountability and responsibility. And it's like breaking down that facade between like the consumer and the service provider, right? The beauty of it though is you can then federate and talk to anybody else in the set of words. So it's just like email. There's only one universe, but you have your own little like pocket of data in the corner of it. It's really, really exciting.
