The Promise of a Messianic Kingdom

The prophecy of a Davidic king who would be in charge of the government of Israel. The Messianic king will reign over the world and bear in peace among the nations with justice and righteousness. This was the hope for the Jewish people, a Messianic kingdom that God would someday deliver. In the prophecy of Daniel chapter 7 we have a very significant description of the deliverance of this kingdom to a human person.
