I Love Standing Ovations

I think that when we're in a big crowd, were anonymous, absolutely. And so creating explicit experiences where you have people pause a see each other makes them feel valued and seen and recognized. Maybe psychological safety is just being witnessed and seen and celebrated. We also do standing ovation for our people who come to our event for the first time. Will have them all stand up, and they give a huge round applause from the audience.
