How to Be a Better Technical Leader

I love the ideas and the curiosity totally agree. I've really gotten into finding a little bit more up to date current technical podcasts that I can, as I travel and commute trying to stay as informed as possible. So one of the challenges that tends to come up as I talk to, especially non technical leaders is how do they kind of continue to improve their technical skills? Some will stay away from thinking about this. There's also a lot of large enterprises have split IT and product organizations,. They may not be integrating as much and operating as much in a natural way.
