Pablo Escobar wanted a zoo in his estate in Antilquia. He paid off state agents to smuggle the animals into Colombia. The nation took the estate and some of them then were relocated inside Acien de Napoles, which was Pablo Escobar's estate. They have a place for hippos actually here.
