I knew kalo, and i read a lot of his writings. Watching yousel wato oror being aware why therisseperation somewhere,. it does in a way, yes. And it depends how you're watching. I sum there is a very interesting thing that comes up in this respect. With regard to the bagabad geeta and to the yoga sutra they talk about the witness behind our ordinary self. This is the atman, or the purusha, which is not involved. Terrible things can be going on, but the witness is impassive.
