Antony was soon on the move once more as he hurried across the Roman Mediterranean dealing with the political fallout of the recent civil warCleopatra remained in Egypt ruling over an increasingly prosperous kingdom it's very difficult to tell how she is administering Egypt all we can see is that things are slowly turning around and getting better.
