Being sympathetic is about not being caught up in your own emotions. It's trying to understand how each particular person is grieving based on the relationship that they had with the decedent. The other party are another member of the family. Am, you know, somebody has to be objective against somebody and help navigate these people through. Thut til was the most equitable for everybody.
