Are There Other Signs of a Good Leader Follower?
People should look at when they are almost analyzing their own leader follower relationships. Having your leader like your direct report as a mentor is very questionable six in the long run. And i think it's a very bad idea for your leader to be your mentor, by the way, because ther is not a powerless relationship. They can demand that you submit, you know, your work time. So yes, it gets more and more complicated. But i always like to say, if behaviour were easy, i'd be out of a job.
