How to Write a Letter of Recommendation for Students

The burden it puts on us with our 40 a thousand other jobs is exhausting to and 2021 I wrote 260 letters of my 327 students. The deadline around the holiday breaks were the worst this year luckily we have two senior counselors this year one who handles college stuff only but then even then he can still only write a genuine letter for a few. Some colleges actually don't mind if some of these letters of recommendations for students are in more of a bullet point format because that helps them as well be able to analyze those letter letters quickly look at some of the facts they don't.
