The Secret to a Good Dracula Performance
Dracula to really work, he has to be portrayed as a man essentially bereft of soul. I understand the dramatist's urge to do so, because that idea of soullessness is so hard to dramatize. But i don't want dracular to be vladim paler or judas, or whatever clever angle they found. I i don't care for the love story being an element. So i did actually play dracular on stage a few years ago, i in a play with oter people. Yes, i also occasionallya would like to do more of lses. And we basically did it in a very faithful to stoker fashion,
