Coaches need to push athletes towards the messy outer edges of their athleticism. I would never want to just let the athletes continue to do the two legged jumps forward and backward, or whatever it is. We're always going to be trying to learn new tricks. These athletes are used toyoow are incredible athletes, and and they want to be achieving. And so i like to be able to take, and this maybe a bad example, cause we actually don't jump rope very often, but i would definitely endeavour, by the end of the season, to do it,. not often enough that they're, it feels like jump rope clas but to do it a couple of times a
