Running is such an emotional activity for many. When you have an injury, or thinking about an injury, can really create a lot of negative thoughts. And i try in my work to focus on really development and growth rather than fixing problems. I'm not obsessed with the experience athletes have, and our lack of integration into training process that we've had so far.
