How to Decelerate Your Arm Properly

The fastest feedback loop is about 40, 45, maybe 60 milliseconds which is way too slow for high intensity movement. Energy that is produced around proximal areas of the body has to be transported to smaller masses. And then yeah, there's a coordinated skill that has to be learned. The fourth category I use in my approach for shoulder for friends and shoulder care and arm care is deceleration. If you throw very fast, but you can't decelerate, your army will damage your arm.
