The conclusion is that the people who are un vaccinated don't want to go hard on russia or probably just don't even want to be involved in any way including sanctions. Whereas the people wwere vaccinated a are strong on russian sanctions. They really want those russian sanctions, economic sanctions. And tite's probably no reason whatever.
