In the early days, we were looking at the nervous system like we did joint and muscle in an old sort of maitland kind of style. But these days, i think a modern view is that a test like the upperlimb urynamic test,. or straight leg rays, or slum is a test of the physical abilities of a lot of body tissue, including nerve. And it's also a test of representation of that movement and the meaning of the movement in the brain as well too. That's the big step our profession has to take - ssin saying the after got a positive or ou've got a restricted up neurdynamic tension test.
