There's this concept of a rush rate, right? So usually those rates are in place and many other businesses where people are so proprietors or contractors. There is a rush rate. And I think we need to talk about that rush rate more specifically in the media industry. When you work outside of the industry, that is not the daily expectation that is not your daily rhythm. That is why rush rates exist. You can ask for it and people will give it to you.
