The International Monetary Fund has warned that global economies are at risk if inflation remains high. Europe's airlines say they're going to need a lot of help getting to net zero. One of the big four accounting firms has scrapped a contentious plan to break itself up.

EY has scrapped plans to break up its audit and consulting businesses, the IMF has warned the global economy could be in for a “hard landing”, and the European aviation industry estimates it will cost more than €800bn to reach its net zero goals.
