Reed: How do you navigate the reality of having limited resources without curbing your ambition or reducing your overall potential? Joe: It reminds me of one of the definitions of entrepreneurship that I like, which is entrepreneurs are those folks whose plans include resources they don't currently have. So what you do is you kind of triage scrappily and inefficiently. What's the next major milestone that will totally change the game? How do I get there?
