In the Catholic church, at least in mine, I don't know if this is a fully, you know, Catholic thing across the board, but they would say you are dust and to dust, you shall return repent and be faithful to the gospel. That was the second half of it, which I think is profound. And it made me think about, so I'm reading a book right now about sort of the development of cognitive behavioral therapy as it's practiced now.
