How Much Do You Pay Up for This Trade?
The structural issues surrounding the housing trade are there they're undeniable bond but the question is how much do you pay up for this trade at this point. As we've all said it's really about what stock you're going to pick and I personally have said I'm going to reiterate it I really think you just slide up the value chain to toll just because you don't have the downside of the more stretch consumer there.
