I'm Not Convinced That It's Better to Allow Localities to Set Their Own Minimum Wage
If we didn't add thel at the federal level. We would still have whatever destruction comes from policy making towards interest groups or towards with certain groups of voters, but we would have the same policy for the entire country. It's also not very clear that when localities are setting it themselves, they'r actaly doing a better job of representing voters. The simpler version is to simply say, goin to take the distance between what i say i want and what i actually get. They did not ask voters to le rank all the possible minimum wages. They just said, what's your preferred one? That's right.
