Is There a Stagnation Toward Chinese Food?
There is definitely a stigma towards Chinese food and that's not new. John mentioned how at school a comment from a classmate, shouldn't you be using chopsticks? You know how to use a knife and fork? How much of the racism has to do with the food itself, do you think? I find it so confusing how someone could pick up a bag of crisps and start eating that no problems, but then put some negative connotation towards eating Chinese food because it's got MSG.
