A lot of people do have access to capital, but i'm not seeing that so much. The best thing i can find is they're getting capital from somewhere, and then they're financing it later. It's an interest ting dinamic. We specially see it here in the northeast. There's in i'm sure you see it in the west coast, too. I think a lot of people o be surprised how much money is out there.
