The Importance of Keeping Humanity Alive
I wanted to pick up on this discussion just of extras and in particular this association with value. As soon as people understand that they are in some sense wholly responsible for human values which was a historical discovery, responsibility you know becomes a double edge sword. Should we not safeguard them against the risks against them then there is the potential for them to be radically diminished or destroyed entirely but at the same time it also means that we have the potential to make the world a far better place. I'll lot in it far better so yeah I mean the kind of background behind that I think you know we'll probably kind of eke out a bit more later than what's already been said here.
