Emric has a playbook advancement because he filled up the XP thing again. If you want to train, if that's what you're talking about, then you mark an XP in the attribute of insight, prowess, or resolve. And when you fill up those bars, you can add a dot to one of the skills under that attribute. That's personal training. A lot of people will forget that, but it's important to remember the less beat up you are. The easier things are.
