How Cupid Improved Relevance in Search
When I onboarded Cupid, we generated literally 70 GRA tickets as a result of analyzing first annotating, rating the queries and then analyzing what went wrong there. And probably like half of this at least was data-related issues; you find that stuff all the time. We kind of had this model at Open Source Connections that worked well where, you know, you're trying to improve relevancy without having to spend months bootstrapping or understanding clickstream pipeline. It's just a really straightforward way to get started on the problem.
