How I Feeled About My Birth
I was feeling great about my birth. I actually walked out of that experience feeling good. And because I'd educated myself at any point throughout my labor I never felt scared. She was born at 6pm and we came home the next morning. Interestingly, the sore is part of my body after she gave birth wasn't my vagina. It was my upper body and all my back muscles because I was so tense.
