I'm from Southern California, so it's definitely more of that kind of pizza. It's not really Neapolitan. There's a lot of veggies and, you know, depending on the time I've also done a lot of work to get more percentage of like whole flour. Do you think you'll move back west at any time? No. You know, I mean, I have a couple of family members there, but you know, New Yorkers home.
