Is This a Replacement for Social Security?

Alotye: I think it would be like 18 billion a year if you gave every kid five thousand dollars when they were born. The estimates of running the programme, as high as 80 billion, just goes to show how bureacracy involved in liocracy is. But i do think that, eh, there's legs, there legs to this idea. Is it cheaper? Like, is this a replacement for some of our social security spending? Axtes cliting people are under e savors for retirement, sort of.
