How to Navigate a Difficult Conversation With an Outgoing Owner
The key for us is if one guy says no we swipe and we find another one like Tinder for business right you know not everyone's gonna fit your what you're looking for. We probably look at a few thousand deals a year and we say no to 2995 of them right so as long as five of them fit our mold we're thrilled but not everyone has that deal flow. If they say no to an earn out then we'll probably say no to the deal and that's okay truly believe it's a numbers games.
