Are You a Woman in Real Estate?

Liz, you started the derosa group with your husband in two thousand five. Since then, you've scaled up to 60 to a 60 million dollar real estate portfolio. Tell me what has it been like just to be a woman in real estate during those years? I've had various roles too. So i've worked full time in our business. And strategically, kind of had all those different hats. You know, i think women have an amazing advantage. But there's all types of women. There are men that are very direct and to the point. We welcome men to come to these meetings. Of course, right our missions to empower women, but men are certainly welcome.
