Miffy Pristone: The Legality of Abortion
The Supreme Court temporarily blocked a lower court's ruling that would have restricted the availability of Miffy Pristone. The case will now go back to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, where it will be argued in front of a three-judge panel beginning on May 17th. In just a matter of days, it's almost guaranteed that regardless of how the Fifth Circuit rules, it will be appealed again and wind up back at the Supreme Court at a later date.
