How to Talk Yourself Out of Your Own Position

Stonishing is a way of asking people about their views on an issue. It's very similar to something in the e psychology called motivational inteqery. You ask, how strongly do you feel about the issue? And when the person gives the answer, they then ask, whet, why is that number feel right to you? This takes the conversation out of a binary, i'm right, you're wrong, or um, where i need to win and you need to lose,. To where do i stand on my confidence? Where's my attitude out on this? And it's oftensoe we've never done.
