I love the power of story telling in all hands meetings andn building c re but i alsoLove the power of celebration. And it sounds like there's a real celebratory culture there. What's your favorite way that shopfi celebrates its people and its successes? There's so many that come to mind. A lot of them are in office experiences, but even last week, we had our annual summit. Just makes it feel so much more special than like, wen all going to have some beers after work, or something like brat. So it was really impressionable on me, and i've just seen, i carry through everything that we've done.
