The Uniqueness of Volleyball

The reason we've surpassed basketball is that our uniqueness of no foul, no contact, essentially, is really attractive to a lot of gals. Whereas for the guys, you know, they love to hammer and roof people, the gals grow more. So I think kids are looking for coaches who care about them and care about their who they are. That's one of the things that some kids look at our sport.
