I like the idea of taking the initiative to, not just as a designer, not just wait until the end. I think it's on us to make sure we'retaking the initiative to articulate the value of animation in our projects. If you've got enough time to invest in finding out which experience a user prefers more, animated one and a non-animated one, why not just do the animation? Ah, yes. That's the interesting thing.
