i think there's a tendency to view protest as very much wrapped into regime legitimacy, and rising or protest as indications that the fundamental stability of the regime is under threat. In terms of claims, or in terms of the actos that are involved, as i just said, thare's only like close to three %. Very, very low percentage that could count as overtly political.
